  • Produced and managed UX content for a major revamp of Zillow’s tour booking experience

    • Introduced real-time booking availability to agents and buyers

    • Showed how tours are auto-booked in ShowingTime (acquired by Zillow)

  • Dual focuses:

    • Making the new booking experience for buyers clear and intuitive

    • Educating agents about the new booking confirmation process (and guiding their behavior)

  • Collaborated with UX Designers, Research (including user testing sessions), Product Managers, Marketing, etc.
