Yale: Workday COMMUNICATIONS & Change Management


Collaborate, manage, educate

To support Workday Financials and HCM implementations, I worked with internal Yale staff and a team of Deloitte consultants to create and manage a content calendar for educating the entire Yale community about upcoming and ongoing changes affecting their employee experience.



Strategize, facilitate, inform

I assessed communications needs through inter-departmental team meetings, change management processes, and by anticipating sectors of the Yale community likely to be affected by specific changes.

I helped organize info sessions, gathered feedback, and created content strategies and relevant content pieces (including emails, newsletters, web pages) for keeping the university-wide audience informed and comfortable with the change process.
